All your practice data (sessions, journal entries, settings, plans) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Is not accessible to us
• Will be lost if you clear your browser data

We recommend using the Export feature regularly if you want to preserve your data.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand how the site is used. These analytics:

• Do not use cookies
• Do not track you across sites
• Do not collect personal information
• Only collect aggregate, anonymous usage data (page views, referrers)
