The 7-year-old was pounding down a door this morning early so we didn't get great sleep or get out the door to the river like usual. We were only able to squeeze in a nine minute meditation—4-7-8 breathing—right before my 8:30 meeting. But we did it! We got it in. Sometimes that's all you can do and you take what you can get.
